Our ordering process is simple – just call or email us & we’ll inform you of your choices & discuss your design.

Website Ordering
1. We listen to your requirements and ensure that you’ve selected the website package that best suits your needs. We identify how the site is to be divided into pages and what content is going on each page (this doesn’t have to be detailed at this stage – if you need help with creating the words to describe your business, products or services we can assist). We confirm the price of the package including any extra functionality or features you require (e.g. Flash animation, photographic work, library images, extra pages etc).
We’ll discuss with you the website layout options, and make sure we understand your design requirements. If you’re unsure about the design you require we can assist with this by showing you examples and guiding you through the design process. We create a design that is personalised to your business.
All our website packages come with logo design (or re-origination of existing logo) included. If you havn’t already got a logo then we’ll make sure we understand your outline logo design specification (e.g. colour scheme, font type, layout, graphic design etc.) so we can create either 1 design for you (for Business Starter packages) or 3 designs from which you can choose (for Pro packages).
We complete an order for you and request a 50% deposit (minimum deposit £100 + VAT).
2. We register the domain name you’ve chosen and set up the hosting. If you’ve already got a website or domain name then we arrange for transfer of the domain registration and hosting. If it’s a brand new website then we’ll create a “Website Under Construction” page for you. If you’ve already got a website then we leave this intact until you’ve approved your new design. We’ll complete your logo artwork (or re-originated logo) and send this to you for approval. You can supply us with any changes you’d like. We then create a set of visuals of your website design for you to approve prior to the website build. If we havn’t already got your requirements for page content you’ll need to send this to us.
3. We build your website and make it available for you to view for approval on one of our test domains. You can supply us with any changes although major changes such as a complete change of requirements will be charged for extra. Once you have approved your website pages we’ll ask for any balance due and then set your website live.
We then create and test your email accounts and do your search engine submission.
If your website is content managed we’ll provide you with all the necessary instructions on how to maintain your site content.
We’ll continue to monitor the site for performance and to ensure everything still functions as it should. Also, you’ll receive a monthly report of your website activity.
Printing Ordering
We’re generally able to give you an instant quote and take your order over the phone. If you have any artwork to send us then you can email or post this to us. If you’d like us to create the artwork for you from scratch then we’re able to do this. We will always send you a proof in an email of artwork for your approval. For all printing work we require payment in full at the time of order. We do this because it means we can keep our costs down. Once you’ve approved your artwork we’ll get your printing underway and deliver it to you by post or courier.
